Employment Program Facilitator
Duties of the Employment Program Facilitator include:
- Facilitate work readiness workshops with a group
- Use a trauma informed approach while communicating with clients
- Stay up to date on employer expectations and hiring practices
- Develop or edit resumes, cover letters and interview skills
- Liaise with the Job Developer and other Employment Program Facilitator
- Coordinate mock interviews
- Complete monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- Develop/add to library of training resources for clients (WHIMIS, First Aid, etc)
- Connect clients/caseworkers with materials and resources needed for employment
- Documentation within Salesforce around client/program updates
Qualifications:
- Experience with previous facilitation
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Organized and dependable
- Secondary Education is an asset but not a requirement
Hours: Monday- Thursday 8:30am-4:00pm in office, Fridays are a work from home day
Salary: $24.24/hour
