BOSS24 Referral Form
Use this form is you are referring an individual with ADHD who is facing charges to our BOSS24 program.
We understand that life throws curveballs. We do not hand out jobs, meals or technology however we are committed to helping reachAbility clients through their wellness journey the best we can. Whether that be loaning out a Chromebook for the duration of programming or helping out with meals while partaking in one of our classes.
