It’s been a tough time out there since Covid-19 first hit our communities, and while the pandemic may finally be receding, the impact on our collective mental health remains. At reachAbility, our clients and community partners have consistently reported higher levels of stress, depression, and anxiety since the beginning of the pandemic. In response, we’ve created the Joy Sparks project to help people in our community find small ways to re-discover joy in their daily lives.
On this forum we encourage you to share with us the things that spark joy for you, as well as ideas for joyful activities that you would like to see shared in our Joy Sparks video series. If you would like to present this activity in a future Joy Sparks video, that would certainly spark joy for us!

Stay tuned to our YouTube page for Joy Spark video releases during National AccessAbility Week (May 28-June 3), and let us know if our first round of videos sparks joy for you!
