Frequently Asked Questions

Is BOSS just about anger management?

No, BOSS is much more than that! Over two weeks we explore different topics, discussions and coping strategies around not only managing anger but regulating other emotions as well. BOSS was created to help people navigate their emotions and become more self-aware of their feelings and behaviours.

Do I have to be an angry person to take BOSS?

Anger is demonstrated in many ways, and the way in which we view anger can be very different as well. Anger does not always mean screaming, throwing things or hurting people – it can also be withdrawing from people, shutting down or crying. BOSS explores anger and all the emotions that surround it. BOSS is for everyone!

What happens if I miss classes?

We have a strict attendance policy for our BOSS classes, if you miss more than 2 days of the program your participation will be marked incomplete.
